Author Bios

Elmer has been in Model Railroading for more than 40 years, and involved with electronics in one form or another for all of those years.  He is a retired US Navy Electronics Technician & Instructor, and has also worked for NASA, as well as on other civilian Space Launch Vehicle programs.  Elmer is currently a member of the DelMarVa model railroad club in Delmar DE., and holds regular operating sessions on his own "Chesapeake and Atlantic"" model railroad, which is fully block detected and signaled.
